MDM Long Coupling Type

To meet our customers’ demands, we have designed a long coupling type according ISO2858 of the high reliable pumps of the MDM series. Other ISO-pumps can be exchanged 1:1, without modifying the piping. More

Non Contact System

The pump construction contains a mechanism, which withstands possible dry running. The high force of the magnet coupling prevents the contact between bearing and rear thrust. This structure reduces heat generation and improves the dry running capability compared with conventional plastic centrifugal pumps remarkably.

MDM ETFE-Type

MDM PFA-Type

MDM25-3 / MDM32-2 pump models complete two new models our MDM series, one of the most preferred fluoro plastic centrifugal process pumps. These models supply discharge heads up to 74 m. We have already introduced them on ACHEMA 2003.

Like all other of our series, the target for the design was tough, simple construction and easy to maintain. The new MDM models are best suited especially for small capacities at high heads

Triple-Layer-Construktion

Motors with up to 15 kW can be mounted. For all MDM25-3/32-2 models we guarantee a maximum rated casing pressure of 1.6 MPa. To ensure this, the rear casing had to be reinforced. Therefore a special Triple-Layer-Construction with glass fibre collar (shown in yellow; patent pending) was designed. More

EW-Y series

With the MX-F series we now can offer pumps for high corrosive media. By the use of only high grade materials, such as carbon fiber reinforced ETFE, high purity alumina ceramic, SiC etc. even the most aggressive liquids can be handled.

The MX-F series is best suited for tough applications up to 500 l/min at max. 31 m discharge head.

Naturally this series offers high efficiency at worst working conditions. More

Electromagnetic metering pumps EW-Y series

Besides the proved attributes, like waterproof structure (IP65), high resolution as well as high compression ratio of the EW series the EW-Y offers special features for the advanced user, including discharge detection.
